Technical Requirements for Inference
To guarantee a forecast with a 90% confidence interval, your data input must meet the platform's standards:
Compatible Formats
Direct upload of files in CSV or Excel (.xlsx) format.
Dataset Structure
Sequential columns of Date and Value (views, followers, revenue or any growth metric).
Sample Volume
A minimum history of 10 data points is required. To detect structural trends and weekly seasonality, we recommend at least 30 days.
Integrity Guarantee and Quality Traffic Light
At Viral, we operate under the Zero Lies principle: results reflect statistical reality, without inflated linear projections. The system audits the quality of your information before processing:
Green Status (Optimal)
Data with ideal volume for maximum technical precision.
Yellow Status (Warning)
Executable analysis, but with wide uncertainty margins due to lack of history.
Red Status (Blocked)
If the dataset is insufficient for a reliable projection, the system blocks the analysis and credit charge to protect your investment.
Scenario Interpretation and Risk Analysis
Upon completion, you'll obtain a detailed report with three mathematical projections for a 14-day horizon:
Conservative Scenario
The minimum risk margin calculated according to the volatility of your past data.
Central Projection
The most likely trend or median growth.
Maximum Scenario
The viral potential detected through analysis of historical peaks.
Model Accuracy (MAPE)
MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) measures how much the prediction deviates from reality:
When is it calculated?
MAPE is calculated through backtesting when you have enough historical data (minimum 15 points). The system reserves the last days as a test and compares the prediction with what actually happened.
How to interpret it?
Less than 10% = Excellent accuracy. Between 10-20% = Good accuracy. More than 20% = Consider adding more historical data.
Tip
If you don't see MAPE in your results, it means there wasn't enough data to calculate it reliably. Upload more history to get this confidence metric.
