Payment Conditions

1. Payment system

Viral uses Stripe as a payment processor. Stripe is a payment platform certified with the highest level of security in the industry (PCI-DSS Level 1).

Security guarantees:

  • End-to-end AES-256 encryption
  • Card data tokenization
  • 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) verification
  • Fraud detection through artificial intelligence
  • Compliance with the Payment Services Directive (PSD2)

Important: Viral does NOT store card numbers, CVV codes or complete bank details. All sensitive information is managed exclusively by Stripe.

2.3 Common features of credits

  • They DO NOT expire: Use them whenever you want, no deadline
  • 1 credit = 1 unlocked prediction
  • They are NOT transferable: Credits are linked to your account
  • They are NOT refundable: Except for exceptions indicated in section 7

3. Purchase process

Step 1: Selection

Choose the credit pack you want to purchase from the /pricing page or when prompted when trying to unlock a prediction.

Step 2: Secure checkout

You will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. At no time does your bank details pass through Viral's servers.

Step 3: Data entry

Enter your preferred payment method. Stripe will verify the transaction via 3D Secure 2 if necessary.

Step 4: Confirmation

Once payment is complete:

  • You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe
  • Credits will be automatically added to your account
  • You can see your new balance in the user panel

Processing time: Instant (maximum 2 minutes under normal conditions)

4. Accepted payment methods

We accept:

  • Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Link (one-click payment if you have a Stripe account)

We DO NOT accept:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers
  • Cryptocurrencies
  • Cash
  • Bizum

5. Invoicing

5.1 Automatic invoices

All purchases generate an automatic invoice that is sent to your email from Stripe.

5.2 Invoices with tax data

If you need an invoice with your complete tax data (for companies or self-employed):

  1. 1. Enter your data during Stripe's checkout process:
    • Tax ID/VAT
    • Company name
    • Tax address
  2. 2. The invoice will be generated automatically with this data

5.3 Access to previous invoices

  • Option 1: Look for Stripe's confirmation email (contains link to invoice)
  • Option 2: From your panel → "Manage Billing" → "View history"
  • Option 3: Access Stripe's customer portal

5.4 Invoice format

  • Format: PDF
  • Language: Spanish
  • Content: Complete VAT breakdown, invoice number, date, items

6. VAT and taxes

6.1 Prices with VAT included

All prices shown include Spanish VAT (21%).

6.2 EU business customers

If you are a company established in another EU country with a valid intra-community VAT number:

  1. 1. Enter your VAT ID during Stripe's checkout
  2. 2. It will be automatically verified in the VIES system
  3. 3. If valid, reverse charge will be applied (0% VAT)
  4. 4. You must declare VAT in your country according to local rules

6.3 Customers outside the EU

Stripe will automatically manage applicable taxes according to your country of residence.

7. Refund policy

7.1 General rule: NOT refundable

Credits are digital products that are delivered instantly. Once the purchase is complete, they are not refundable because:

  • They are immediately added to your account
  • They can be used without time restriction
  • We offer 2 free predictions to try the service before buying

7.2 Exceptions: When we DO refund

7.3 How to request a refund

  1. 1. Send an email to soporte-viral@apisdom.com
  2. 2. Subject: "Refund request - [Transaction ID]"
  3. 3. Include:
    • Detailed description of the problem
    • Screenshots
    • Date and time of incident
    • Transaction ID (available in Stripe's confirmation email)
  4. 4. Response time: 5 business days
  5. 5. Refund time: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

7.4 Right of withdrawal (EU legislation)

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from any online purchase within 14 days. However, as this is digital content that is supplied immediately:

  • During checkout, you are expressly informed that:
    • - Contract execution begins immediately
    • - By accepting, you waive your right of withdrawal
  • This waiver is in accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumer and User Law)

8. Payment security

8.1 PCI-DSS Level 1 Certification

Stripe maintains the highest security certification in the payments industry:

  • Annual audits by independent third parties
  • Compliance with all PCI-DSS requirements
  • Bank-level security infrastructure

8.3 Strong authentication (PSD2)

We comply with the European Union's Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2):

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) when required
  • 3D Secure 2 for additional verification
  • Enhanced fraud protection

9. Payment method management

Update your card

Viral does not store cards directly. To update your payment method:

  1. 1. Go to your user panel
  2. 2. Click "Manage Billing"
  3. 3. You will access Stripe's customer portal
  4. 4. From there you can add, remove or modify payment methods

Delete payment data

You can request deletion of your payment information by contacting soporte-viral@apisdom.com. Note that:

  • Billing data is kept for 5 years due to Spanish tax obligations
  • Unused credits will not be refunded

10. Price changes

We reserve the right to modify credit pack prices:

  • Will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Already acquired credits maintain their value regardless of future changes
  • Changes do not affect previous purchases

11. Currency

All prices are shown and charged in Euros (EUR).

If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction. Viral does not charge additional fees for currency conversion, although your bank may do so.
